Hawaii

Hawaii was such a blast! Me, Jake and Steph spent a few days at the Ko Olina while Paul was still at home for Bishop stuff and Kaylie and Ashlee were over on Maui all by themselves.

Kaylie and Paul joined us on Oahu where were enjoyed the fine cuisine from Matsumotos and Giovannis Famous Shrimp

Me, Kaylie and Paul all did a 5k on the 4th of July. That night we went and saw the band Kansas play, it was fun, although we only recognized a few of their songs.

After being on Oahu for a couple weeks we went over to Kauai with the Nelsons and Thains.

The picture below is Kaylie, Jake and Paul on a Zodiac trip to the Na Pali coast, they all agreed that it was one of the prettiest places they've ever seen.

This is all the boys helping Kaylie out with her school schedule. It definitely takes a team to get a freshman any good classes!

Spring Break 2009

Our trip to Phoenix for Spring Break! Sorry it's so late.

Jake and Paul went to the Phoenix Suns Game. They played the Cardinals, Jakes favorite team.

St. George 5k

In January Kaylie and I took a trip down to St George and ran a 5k. We both finished, but kaylie was quite a bit faster than me, but I was just happy that I finished without having to crawl. We drove about 279 miles to run 3, but we had a great time together.

Jake and I were the only ones who were there to celebrate the New Year. Steph was sick, and Paul went to stay with her, and Kaylie was at another celebration.

Jason and Kristi's annual New Year's Eve party. They do it up right. This is the yummiest food we eat all year. This year it was held at Jenni's house.

It snowed so bad on Christmas Day, we wondered if we should cancel our Thomas Family Christmas Dinner. We were glad that we didn't . No one ended up getting stuck in the snow, or no mishaps because of the weather, and we all ended up having a good time. The picture is of Jake out snowblowing. Andrew's poor car is the one that has all the snow dumped on it.

Our annual "sit-in-front-of- the-tree-and-take-a-picture-before-we-can-open-our-presents" picture. Someone seems to be noticeably missing this year:(

Here are Kaylie and Megan playing a fun duet. They planned the program for our Christmas Eve. Including Clayton giving an update on Sports, Marianne giving a celebrity update. Mom, me, Shelli and Jenni sang, Steph, Kaylie and Megan did an "interpretive dance, Jake did a headstand and Bob did a landing a helicopter demonstration. It was fun. Then we watched "Mr. Krueger's Christmas."
